| Chair Update
|
Discussion | Karen Livernois | NHCYCC new fiscal agent is NHFV/PIC. While there may be procedural changes, NHFV and PIC fully support the work of the council and leadership at NHFV and PIC have strong ties to NHCYCC.
A job description for an administrative assistant position to be posted and filled. This position will replace the former Director position.
Work is underway to update NHCYCC bylaws to ensure they’re up to date and speak to the work that we do.
Discussion about moving meetings to in person meetings vs ZOOM. Some members of the council have multiple children at home with chronic health conditions which may make in person meetings difficult. More discussion to come. NHCYCC will plan to meet in the fall in person at the PIC offices in Concord.
