We are a non-profit organization whose fiscal agent is the Community Partners Area Agency. Your donation will broaden our support and play a vital role in supporting families caring for a youth with chronic health conditions. The council’s funds go directly to supporting initiatives that determine family’s needs, creating awareness, policies that support what is working, and organizations that directly service children with special health care needs.
