We need your help!
Each year, at our Kids Chronic Health Awareness Event, we honor youths with chronic conditions who have shown extraordinary leadership in and/or commitment to their school and community with Champion Awards.
Please help us celebrate more amazing kids in 2024 by nominating a young person who comes to mind. The process is simple: Fill out our nomination form, telling us about this person and how their efforts and leadership have made an impact in their community.
Submissions are due by May 31st.

Awards given at CYCC’s Annual Kids Chronic Health Awareness Event at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center on July 13th from 5:00 to 7pm. Winners will be informed before the event. Register for a free ticket to join us in celebrating these incredible kids!
